OK! The only Kext I can't seem to find is XHCI-Unsupported

may be very clear to you as you are watching the Monitor Screen; and not to me.

Upload screen shot instead of vague terms that can be interpreted whichever way!

If it is hanging at Gigabyte Splash screen, you may have to "Clear CMOS " as you have done a lot of things working inside the case and Force shutting down causing CMOS corruption.

Press F7 to load Optimized Defaults.
Reput all options according to the edited BIOS I had uploaded.
Make sure, macOSMojave UEFI USB Installer flash disk Boot Option #1
All other disks in that list must be Disabled.
Check all BIOS options to make sure nothing has changed from the Edited BIOS screen uploaded earlier.
including USB Controllers and
make sure your macOSMojaveUEFI USB installer is set to boot Auto
Make sure your Graphics is PCIE
If still problem, connect USB to RealMac , Mount EFI>EFI>CLOVER>config.plist in CCG and edit config.plist as shown in uploaded screen shots

I just did all of that all over again and still freezing up on the AORUS logo

I can still get to BIOS but nothing more
