Perhaps originally (yesterday) you shutdown the laptop with the laptop display off.

I think its related to Clover and EmuVariableUefi-64.efi.

I surely didn't shut down my laptop with display turned off. I haf It connected to a monitor, but I use clone mode.

Let me know if you find a step-by-step process which reproduces the problem.

OK, I will. Actually it just happened again, but I still don't know why. I think it has something to do with an external monitor, because it started happening two days after I started to use this display. Before I had no problems with it. I'm booting OS X with a monitor plugged in and only two times it booted with this issue.
