No problems here. Installed through the app store. Mobo: Gigabyte GA-x58a-ud3r
 
updated just fine using Apple Store Update. Like a charm.
 
I updated 3 systems (2x Gigabyte EP45 DS3/ Nvidia N 210, 1x Gigabyte EP45 DS4/ Nvidia GT 640). Everything is fine.
 
Update through Appstore with no problems (even sound still works, that's a first). Z68X-UD3H-B3 UEFI bios
 
10.7.5 Gigabyte H67M B2 D3 - no problems through Software Update. Time Machine and Spotlight working better now. People may want to make sure their primary monitors are hooked up. Somehow my TV was the main monitor so I had to plug my hdmi cable in to see the desktop after install. This is more or less a video card issue so you should probably be fine.
