Anyone have success with the Highpoint RocketRAID 3620?

I just realized that Mac OS X doesn't have software RAID 5, which I had been planning to use. That means I need to use a hardware RAID card. The 3620 seems like a good choice, but I don't see any references to this card here, and the buyer's guide doesn't mention it.

I'm very close to pulling the trigger on my hardware purchases, which are below.

OK, so no one's tried the 3620. What about other Highpoint RocketRAID cards?? Anyone? If so, is it possible to use them for the boot drive?

I have other Mac's in the house, so I'll be going directly to 10.9. I realize earlier macosx versions might not support the card.
