First check that brightness slider is working in SysPrefs->Displays. Brightness keys are a separate consideration.

it is working, ("HD3000/4000 Brightness" patch from you) ,previously in mavericks, i made it work with "DSDT Debug" "QE" patches with ACPIdebug.kext , but now no luck

NOTE: I have tried KernaelLAPIC on clover

Sounds like you have some debugging to do. Use ACPIDebug.kext to find out what is going on. Make sure your DSDT/etc is patched based on current native extract.

Make sure you have correct/current VoodooPS2Controller.kext.
