Problem Solved ! ... make sure you only have a maximum of 4 Gigs Ram installed . I could not install with 8 Gigs of ram and kept getting this error message . No problem at all installing with 4 Gigs of Ram using Clover and El Capitan .

Removing 3 RAM sticks out of 4 also fixed it for me.
