I believe so .... I found several posts confirming that Sapphire Nirto+ cards work OOB as they are based on the AMD reference design with 1xDVI, 2xHDMI, 2xDP ... I haven't got any AMD experience as have always used Nvidia, however with the current lack of Nvidia Drivers for Mojave and no sign that anything is going to change soon this might be a good time to give AMD a shot.

I think it's recommended to use Lilu + whatEverGreen with RX 570 or RX 580 AMD card .... plus the RadeonDeInit Clover option.
