I'm trying to install Catalina with Open Core 0.6.9 on the Acer, Y can boot to an USB with Open Core but if I select Install Catalina I get the image of refusal, a circle with a diagonal line.
I've set the disk controller to AHCI and disbled the secure boot.
Any Ideas?

I know it's been a while since I posted this, I stoped the project I just started again.
I created a Big Sur USB installer using the installer from Apple Store and the console command.
Created the EFI contents and added to the USB using Open Core 0.7.5.
I can load Open Core booter but the USB is not showing.
I have set Security Policy to 0.
I've attached the image of I what I get starting form the USB and the image of my EFI partition.
Any thoughts?

I forgot to said that I've cleanead the tools folder so non of the entries shown in Open core Booter exist on the USB
