How to install:
  1. Move EFI folder to the EFI partition of your flash drive with MacOS
  2. After installing MacOS run it and find out your EFI partition with "diskutil list", then mount it with "diskutil mount <IDENTIFIER>"
  3. run EFI/CLOVER/Additional/RUN_ME! (move this file into the terminal)
  4. Reboot
  5. If there's audio (you can change volume), then run EFI/CLOVER/Additional/THEN_RUN_ME_AFTER_REBOOT!
otherwise, reboot again and if there's audio, then run this file
Everything works fine except:
  • FN brightness – use menu key or try to fix that (don't forget to share ;))
  • For FileVault2 you need an external keyboard.
  • Sometimes there's no sound after sleep – Put in & put out your headphones back (or vice versa) OR sleep again.
  • Sometimes there's no sound after reboot – Just reboot again.
Not tested:
  • HDMI
  • SD card reader

I don't know. Should I update this kext?

Now I use 10.12.6.
Yes, it works with High Sierra, but I don't use it because it's unstable. Maybe later I'll share with you EFI folder for 10.13.6.

UPD. EFI folder for 10.13.6 is added: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...native-wi-fi-with-dw1560.245631/#post-1791177

Hi,
I will be glad if you share the High Sierra EFI folder for this laptop, I cannot get brightness to work properly.

Keep in mind no one can use this as it has patched ACPI (ACPI/patched/DSDT.aml), which is specific to your machine only.
Also, brightness is not implemented correctly anyway.

Do you think Catalina is possible?

Will the EFI originally posted work with 10.13.6 or Mojave/Catalina?
