Acer Aspire 5750G with Mac OS Lion

Ok, over at insanely I found some SSDT files for the 2630QM processor, but when copying them over I get kernel panic on the start up. I don't know if this is because it is for a Dell XPS or not?

There are 4 different SSDT files, but I don't really know the difference.

I will attach the files for anyone who thinks they can get them working.

Hi guys. My Hackintosh is back (education stuff, doesnt found the time last months).
And I've got weird bugs.

1.) When my Powerplug is in, my trackpad starts to lag. (The one on the laptop) If I unplug it, everything is back normal.
2.) I think I killed my sound. VoodooHDA.kext gives kernelpanics since I deleted the AppleHDA*.kext. So no sound for me atm..
3.) When I do the comboupdate to 10.7.4, reboot in installer, push the kexts again, 'cuz I'm not sure which ones will be overwritten, my hackintosh panics again.
4.) Does someone have a keymap where ALT GR is ALT GR instead of the Windows-Key? It's atm confusing, since ALT is Applekey and stuff. x(

Thanks for you help and contribution.

Specs:
- Acer Aspire 5750G (don't ask me for the rest of it)
- i5, 540m, 4GB
- running on an external HDD

EDIT: Found this post again. Damn, this thread is so long.

Hi all, I have the same machine.

I managed to run the system properly (10.7.0 now) but I just can't get audio to work.
Whatever VoodooHDA.kext I install, I always get a kernel panic at boot, making me impossible to use it.
I even tried version 0.2.1 from MultiBeast, it boots, but quality is absolutely terrible.

Any suggestions?

Remove AppleHDA.kext then just place the VoodooHDA

Thank you, but there is no AppleHDA.kext in my S/L/E

EDIT: I had to remove ALC8xxHDA.kext, it's working now!

What advantages does this BIOS mod give you? Also do you have a SSDT for the i7 2630QM?

Big advantage is you can change what you want .Cpu settings , fan settings , power settings ... etc
For example integrated graphics video ram .

2- Yes i have ssdt for 2630qm but max speed is 2.6 ghz.

Oh fair enough. Could you post your SSDT please? In Lion my laptop gets really hot! & also in Windows 7 (using a dual boot). Is there a way to solve this?

Also do I have to change my org.chameleon.Boot.plist file to allow the use of the SSDT?!

I currently have this --->
