A very cheap hackintosh for high Sierra!

Hello, I want to build a very cheap hackintosh for high Sierra. I Have a prebuilt pc, but The motherboard îs not compatible. I Have an Intel core 2 duo AT 3 GHz, and 4 GB of ddr2 ram. I Have an Intel q43/q45 Graphics card, with îs not compatible. My Psu îs 300 W.
My buget îs 100 dollars.(but i want The cheapest value posibile!)

Îs a Fujitsu Siemens. IT îs not sff. I do not know The model, it isn t wrote on The case.
