Your case should be fine with the USB 2/3, I have my Logitech Mouse and iPod plugged into the USB 3 ports and Apple disply USB plugged into the USB 2 port. I updated all the USB 3 stuff through windows and have yet to check the iPhone again. It just might be a setting somewhere I over looked.

I bought a Mountain Mod motherboard tray, I at first I had used the standoffs from the logicboard by reglueing them but I needed more PCI openings. So I just bought a mobo tray with the rear plate. It all looks like factory to me now lol.

I have a (stupid) question, Do I need any accessory to put the scythe yasya on the processor or there is holes in the mobo to do that ?

There are holes on the mobo and adapters that come with the cooler to fit it.
