This guide is requirements only for laptop with Igp, mine is Amd, as we're knew.
I checked the guide again, I reinstalled the Acpi part (/ Install_acpi.sh install_8x70s_hires), no change if you talked about it.
Please specify what you thought exactly, I can't see it all over.
Thank You!

You will need to do your own research regarding brightness controls with AMD/Radeon.

But your ACPI configuration is wrong. There should be no DSDT.aml in ACPI/patched (the guide uses hotpatch).

Yes, you are right!
I thought I only forgot it the DSDT.aml, but after I deleting and keeping DSDT.dsl, I got a boot loop, but it booted up (~6sec)
Obviously the DSDT is not correct/patched properly.(Attached the debug)
I don't have much experience about this, and one of my biggest problems is that I haven't seen properly patched DSDT for an Hp with Amd Gpu.

Keep in mind SSDT-8x70.aml has code in it to disable the AMD graphics device.
That code will probably need to be removed.

i removed it, thanks!

Note that that code is controlled by RMCF.DGPU (you can set it to 0 instead of 3).

I went back to probook generated dsdt. I just see that it works a little! bit better (Fan Behavior, Power Management, cpu temps).
I did a little research:

Panel: LGD0306 (Windows)
min.bright: 40 0x28. (IORegistryExplorer)
max.bright: 255 0xFF cd/m2

Bar0: 0. 0x00 +62
Bar1: 62 0x3e +10
Bar2: 72 0x48 +8 0x08
Bar3: 80 0x50 +10 0x0A
Bar4: 90 0x5a +8
Bar5: 98 0x62 +10
Bar6: 108 0x6c +10
Bar7: 118 0x76 +8
Bar8: 126 0x7e +10
Bar9: 136 0x88 +8
Bar10:144 0x90 +10
Bar11:154 0x9A +8
Bar12:162 0xA2 +10
Bar13:172 0xAC +8
Bar14:180 0xB4 +10
Bar15:190 0xBE +64 0x40
Bar16:254 0xFE - - -

What/Where controls the brightness and are these fixed values or self-controlled? -What is your opinion?
Thank You!

I don't know what you mean by "generated DSDT".
My ProBook guide uses hotpatch... no such thing as "generated DSDT".

You will need to look into/reverse AppleBacklight.kext.

This is the "old" Probook Installer Clover Edition, I know this is not valid, but I have no issues.

I looked into and found it the bar values(187items) under ApplePanels , i guess, and the min/max brightness. And now, what to do ?

My guide is for Intel laptops only.
Up to you to adapt the content as necessary if you wish to use the various hotpatch components/patching for your laptop.
I don't suggest you attempt to mix static patch and hotpatch.

Your only differences are graphics related, so you should be able to borrow a lot of content from the current hotpatch setup.

It might help if you looked at an Apple computer (ioreg) that has Radeon graphics with built-in brightness controls...
