4330 showing at 800mhz? (798) (i3 2310m)

Looks like the "solution" is only working on battery.
When I removed it and booted on power adapter only - the issue is back - i3 @ 800 MHz in "About this Mac"

I don't think this has anything to do with battery. It is something else, perhaps a Chimera/Chameleon issue not detecting the processor correctly maybe...
