Hello

i can't boot with that config due to this :


I can't boot because an ACPI mess I can't fix even using ACPI DSDT/SSDT patching.

With the last clover (4297), I can boot but i've got right away a kernel panic with the ACPI error : _[DSM] Namespace lookup failure AE_ALREADY_EXISTS.

It's not a dynamic duplicate SSDT error. I've seen no duplicate and even with the new option in clover (noDynamicExtract), I've still the issue.

So I'm stuck on that platform where I cannot boot due this ACPI error. It's probably a mess in the bios. I've upgraded to the last bios of course.

Does anyone have the same issue ?

Could you please upload your config.plist ans DSDT? thanks

can you update your profile or tell me your processor and mobo. Also if you think that you have messed with bios and other things then i would suggest you to fresh start installation as i have described in guide it is not hard .

Make these changes :
xhci handoff -> enabled
dvmt 64M + 256M -> here first will be 64 and second you can try setting MAX
you have not mentioned graphics card here so also let me know which Graphics card you are using?

Hello i managed to go farther in the boot.

I had too many clover dsdt fixes, and the dsdt decoding at startup was messy.

I removed everything almost and i managed to go farther in the boot,

now i'm stuck at an appleACPI kernel panic

COuld you prove me your config.plist please ?

Ok that's working now, i had to enable all kernel cpu patch clover.

I'm now installing
