10.14.5 - random crashes, maybe RAM or permissions related

I begin to think that it is bios-firmware related, as it works good with the (super old) firmware F4.0
(at least i was able to boot)

thank you! now it is booting extremely slow (the progress bar (no verbose anymore) is progressing really slowly).
but stuck when the progress bar is full, then the GPU driver are loaded (quick fans) and then i have a black screen

you don't have nvidia hardware, do not use that arg. add this instead -disablegfxfirmware

InternalGraphics were already enabled. CSM enabled/disabled

now it is booting super fast with a lot of text scrolling, and then rebooting.
I managed to capture the last text with the slow-motion video from my iPhone
