When I upgraded from 10.14.3 to 10.14.4 I lost my wifi. It says "WiFi No Hardware Installed." I just did the standard software update via System Preferences. I have an approved PCIe card from the Buyer's Guide and it's worked perfectly for a couple of years until this week. I saw a posting about shutting down and unplugging the computer. I didn't give it much credence but tried it anyway. No luck.

Any advice would be most appreciated.

TP-Link T6E V1

Uses Broadcom BCM4360KMLG which is used in 2013 - 2015 MacBook Pro models.

Does it show up at all under About this Mac > System Report > WIFI or is it showing no hardware?

The following may just be coincidence:

You could try rebuilding kext permissions, then rebuilding the caches and reboot:

It shows no hardware.

Should there be any wifi related kexts in /Library/Extensions?

I'm having this same problem. The T6E worked perfect with 10.14.3, but after the 10.14.4 update it no longer recognized the hardware.

So, I used my USB installer to wipe the drive and go back to 10.14.3, and it was working again.

I decided to just remake my USB installer using the latest update and do the install of 10.14.4 that way rather than upgrade again. Same thing -- no wi-fi hardware seen.

It works in Windows and works in 10.14.3, so it seems that something has changed in the latest Mojave update to no longer recognize the T6E hardware.

Same here. The T6E should work out of box, but it doesn't with 10.14.4
I'm going to time-machine into 10.14.3 again.
