I used to put my BT dongle on the apple keyboard, as it is really next to the trackpad/magic mouse. When putting the dongle on the back panel or front panel the BT signal was not great. My keyboard is connected to an Apple Cinema Display, connected to a USB2 port on the backpanel.

Is Vt-d disabled in the BIOS?

Are you using XMP Memory? If so, try disabling it

You can put the wifi card in the PCIe slots you want by the way :)

Any CPU cooler that are compatible with your motherboard's socket will work. This particular Noctua cooler will work with all the Haswell boards (LGA 1150)
