thx for you respone, the strange thin is if i put the access virus on so on system profiler under audio he can not show the devices
thats absolut normal i have tell thats is no real solution but it give you the full power of your cpu :)
Perfect :)
so i have question at all you Musician, is someone using a access virus ti 2 over USB in combination with the ASUS Prime x299 Deluxe and 10.13.2?
if yes you have the problem if you open the plugin in your daw it takes about 1 - 2 minutes until the Access Virus is ready for use?
on...
the issue is just on my x299 build if i put the maxwell cards on my old z170 / 6700k build under 10.13.2 no problem with 3 monitors, but for me the issue is solved i use the 1060 on the x299 board so all works fine :)
I had the same problem but only if the cpu runs at 1.2 Ghz, if Cpu run higher the Slow and stuttering UI go away,
i run 2x 2K Display and 1x 21:9 3440 x 1440 Display
@shael
I had the same problem with my GTX 960 with 3 monitors black screen, then I tried it with a GTX 780ti, a GTX 980ti and a GTX 1060 the GTX 1060 works for me, the Kepler and maxwel card have not work for me with 3 monitors under 10.13.2
I do this because the cpu with this unconventional solution permanently runs at the highest clock rate, which is set in the bios that also means that the cpu permanently has a high temperature.
for me a multiplier of 39 and 1v vcore is still in the green range, max 50 c ° under logic with a big...
yes and yes from the beginning (you mean the cpu frequency ? if yes, yes)
As I said this is only for those who really want a high performance until asus / intel brings a solution
but beware the cpu will of course be extremely hot
@kpg i now but the enabel makes the cpu evry time to full load
for those who can not accept that the performance in the audio programs is not as it should be I have a small solution it is not the fine art but it works
1) the bios settings must be exactly as they are described by KPG in the guide
2) put the core multiplier down in my case from 45 to 39
3)...
Here you can see the full Performance of Logic Pro X on 7980XE ;) its the bench from user olof
http://nas.bhazard.ch:2000/share.cgi?ssid=0p8A5qZ
on Post #2512 you can seet the performance diffrents from past test
not realy this solution its like you disable the Powermanagemant, I found something for full Performance in Logic but it is not really a satisfactory and nice solution on Sierra works i Try now on High Sierra (i tell later ;) )
KPG have right it can only be fixed via the microcode Update
so i have now try it under full load in windows i have 1.234V i have set to manual in bios 1.233 in logic nothin change now i have the problem cpu gos in logic to 900MHz and will no go up. with Vcore auto cpu is on 1.2Ghz....
ohhh man ;) i pay in natural ok :p no thats great news and i idiot have now delet the high sierrea and can reinstall all plugins with activation torture :)
