Probably it's a problem on the 10.15.6, on the 10.15.5 everything works fine (on two machines, i5 & i7 with RX580).
I will try to investigate to find a way to make the USB ports work well again.
Obviously if someone finds the solution, write it here :)

What was different in the SMBIOS?
When I update to 10.15.6 most of my USB3 ports now are running as a USB2.
I've also do again the USBMap procedure..... nothing :(

All worked like a charm, no problem with audio, wifi and bluetooth!
Updated 4 kexts and updated Clover to v5118.
Backed up all using CCC, also the EFI partition.
Then started the update. Downloaded the update file the system...
