On the other hand, you are probably booting with an smbios.plist of a MP4,1 or 5,1. These are known to invoke the AppleTyMCE kext. You could also just use the MP3,1 smbios.plist. Cheers

P8P67 are the easiest of boards around here to install to. I have 6 different version laying around here and they all install without problems. If you mean, "not anymore possible", means you were able to enter the install screen before?

Get access to the disk, either by USB to SATA or some other method, like single user mode. Navigate to the S/L/E directory, backup the AppleTyMCEDriver to a different location and then remove it from the S/L/E directory, try to reboot again.

Did you try npci=0x2000 ? Can also be 0x1000 or 0x3000. But widely used is 0x2000 ;)

The toshiba laptop where this thread is about has a 330M, not a 310M. I don't think that there is any Mac with 310M graphics, you can try the 320M specs though. Find your display EDID and NVRAM of your card, and use the DSDT card injection method, I believe I've seen someone getting it to work...
