Sorry, I've been trying to build a hackintosh for the past several years using various bits of hardware from the compatibility guide, and never had much success.
I figured I'd give it one last go with the following hardware.
Asus Z170-A
i7 6700k
32GB G.Skill DDR4
Samsung Pro 950 512GB m.2...
I've been fighting trying to get this machine running as a hackintosh for over a year and decided to try again over the holidays.
I created a boot USB with El Capitan 10.11.2 from the App Store, and used the latest Unibeast with nVidia option.
I erased the CMOS setting from my mobo, rebooted...
That I didn't know.. thank you.

Taking another look at the original pictures, I just noticed the Rokit 5 monitors, I have the same ones plus the mating sub. :D Some days I wish I had bought the Rokit 8's instead though instead of the 5's and sub.
Awesome, thank you. I have pretty much the identical hardware, but have had a challenging time navigating the new options in Multibeast.. which ones are needed and which ones are not.
Is there a chance of getting one of these GA-Z77X-UD5H install instructions updated with the newer version of Multibeast? All these installs I find are using a fairly old version, and half the options have changed or disappeared completely.
Sounds like the PSU isn't supplying enough power to the card. Does your video card have power connectors on it? If so, are they plugged in? Are your PSU plugs the right number of pins that your video card requires (3 or 4)?
I had the three beep issue twice, and it was due to power.. the first...
Thanks, working great with the HD4000.
I tried the Voodo audio driver VT2021 2.7.2 as several people said was working, but it just gave me kernel panics so I did a re-install without it. This hackintosh is faster than my Mac Pro at the office, even with the HD4000 video.
I've installed and setup everything as per OP's instruction, but I just can't get it to boot off the hard drive. It comes up and asks for a system boot disk. The only way I can get ML 10.8.2 to 'boot' is via the USB stick and select the ML drive.
Any suggestions? This is my first hackintosh...
