It’s strange because I don’t use Haswell in any of my builds, but I have the wake from sleep KP on both. Kernel patch worked on 10.15, but stopped working on 10.15.1 and the KP are back.

Thanks for confirming I'm not alone. I use external audio through jack, so DP or HDMI is not an option.

I will consider adding an external graphics card in the future. But with the last changes sleep has been pretty solid so far and I haven't had any issues at all. Thanks again!

Installed it and it's been a couple days with solid sleep and no reboots. BUT Now I have no sound... all the options are there, but no sound is coming out from the speaker. Only Bluetooth sound is working.

I will install and leave it tonight and see results. I would like to have wake on network enabled, but first I very much prefer to have stable sleep.
