Yes is using the vanilla kexts, make sure that you use the same platformid (0x0a260005)
My latest installation was for Yosemite, but it worked just fine for El Capitan.
If you are using the same files I posted, try removing the DSDT and SSDT.
Clover files for working El capitan installation.
Working:
Sleep
Ethernet
HD4600 <including HDMI and DP port>
Audio <with voodooHDA>
Not Working
Bluetooth.
I'm not sure which one are allowed. I think is better to hack the bios to whitelist a compatible one.
Just for the record. I boot into linux enabled bluetooth rebooted. and now I got BT working.
so it was just disabled.
Right now there is not an option to enable/disable in OSX.
This one

Intel AC7260 I know that wifi is not going to work, but Bluetooth sometimes work (mostly never) but from boot to boot i got it working. not sure what is changed.
I see that sometimes Bluetooth works, sometimes it doesn't.
Is there a way to fully enable it?
I tried with a kext posted here:
http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-laptop-support/145029-thanks-rehabman-yosemite-run-perfect-my-t440p.html#post896309
But it has no effect.
First set of files:
Working:
Audio
HDMI
Video
Brightness
Battery (still need to fix the remaining 0:00 issue)
Not Working:
SD Card Reader (to do)
Wifi (will never work... :( )
Thanks RehabMan.
I didn't like the idea of replace Kext either, but for now I'll leave it as it is and wait to brake in the next update then fix it with onfly patch.

After one reboot and I'm getting KP when connecting hdmi monitor.
to fix this i deleted FakePCI kexts and patched DSDT with this patch

and applied this patched kexts...
After XX failed attempts of patching AppleHDA, I decided to install VoodooHDA (as it was previously working) and to remove AppleHDA kext.
To my surprise I'm able to connect my HDMI monitor without any config (and without kernel panics )
The only thing left is Wifi Card, but this is a...
I tried to patch AppleHDA.kext.
Right now i just get sound assertions. and no devices under sound preferences.
I'm running 10.10.3, is a Thinkpad t440p / i5 4300m / HD4600
