I have the same problem as somebody above that while the install is all fine and working, to even get the OSX hard disk SSD to boot, I have to keep pressing F12 at boot. When I look in boot options, there does not exist a "Px" option for the OSX SSD, only for the windows one! I only get a "UEFI"...

I had what sounds like similar problem. I booted from the unibeast usb, then started terminal. I copied the org.Chameleon.boot.plist and smbios.plist files from teh USB to the Extra folder in your install, repaired he permissions using Diskutility and it booted again. See here...

The problem turned out to be fixable by booting from the unibeast stick, starting up terminal, renaming the chameleon.plist and the smboot.plist to bak files and then copying them back off of the USB. I was surprised to find that this was caused NOT by the update to 10.8.1 but by the chameleon...

I've tried GraphicsEnabler=No and that won't boot either...I'm going to try booting from the Unibeast USB stick tonight and replacing the chameleon bootlist and smbios files with the USB ones. as a last ditch attempt to fix it. Cheers, Robin!

Ok, so I installed the 10.8.1 update from the app store, it restarted,and now I can't boot. All it does is come to the chimera v1.11.1 r1394 screen and then flash up a multicoloured rectangle it the top left of the screen and then it reboots. Trying to boot in safe mode, single user mode fails...

So if this dsdt is for this board and bios revision, how come it causes me a kernel panic? I literally just have the kb, mouse, and no other peripherals (inc graphics card) installed. Seems weird!:P

Yes that is exactly how I have the HDD configured currently. As my OSX SSD does not support SATA3 (oddly the 2TB HD does 'support' SATA3 even if it might not use the bandwidth) I thought plugging it into the SATA2 ports would suffice, but will give it a try! I miss being able to set slave...

I updated to 10.7.4 using the combo updater then ran multi beast to replace the correct kexts, and now my ethernet connection to the internet is really slow! To give you an idea, it was going at a constant 1.3MB/s to download the combo, and now if I try and do so, I'm lucky to get 30KB/s. ANyone...
