How to update the kexts? From the rehabman repo or searching for suitable kexts manually and replacing them?

Audio stopped working after updating from 10.13.4 to 10.13.5. In System Preferences, no audio device is listed. I did boot with -f and rebuilt kext cache using sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions && sudo kextcache -u / Rebuilding cache is giving me a ot of invalid signature warnings...

After booting from USB and successfully installing 10.13 I boot from USB again. "Boot macOS Install from partition" does not show up in USB-Clover. See kexts and .efi's of clover on USB on attached screenshot. Any help appreciated.
