My motherboard does not have UEFI boot so I installed with BIOS only. I literally followed the guide posted in original post to the word and used the attached config.plist

I did put FakeSMC.kext in the directory. Did not put Null...kext but guide didn't call for it. I will try adding HFSPlus.kext to see if that helps.
