Thanks for the reply but the problem is I can't install OSX :-) I do have SATA set to AHCI. I also have pretty much everything disabled in BIOS: LAN, 1394, the other SATA controllers Azalia (is that audio?) What I've tried since the last post: Obtained a copy of OSX that I'm sure is 10.6.3...
