I'm pretty sure I changed the UEFI settings, it can't be anything else...Also I can't access clover at all.I press enter to boot from boot menu and nothing happens, returns me to boot menu screen again...So no clover at all. And the usb installer also the same thing.

I have a lot, if I remember correctly, 6 and the one you mentioned boots, however with a lower resolution than HDD Windows Boot Manager.
How do I fix this issue ? (Create a new windows boot manager entry for M.2 that actually boots into windows 10 and delete the HDD entry)

The guides you are referring me to, are for reinstalling windows 10 or OS X.What I want is a way to fix the problem I have, and end up booting to Windows when I select my M.2 Drive, and boot up to OS X when I select my HDD.And ofcourse these 2 need to be done simultaneously...Thanks for helping me.
