So there is relation between JPWR jumper under white cover and Bios setting Advacned -> ACPI Seetings -> Enable Hibernation JPWR = OFF Enbale Hibernation = Enabled - same behavior like yours JPWR = OFF Enable Hibernation = Disabled - it goest sleep well but no wake from keyboard or mouse...

Hello, only patches I have are for usb and cpu power management to enable turbo boost. Please let me know if your problem is - It goes sleep an immediately wakes. Or go to sleep and won't wake by keyboard?
