EDIT: Solved by re-installing High Sierra. I downloaded HighSierra from the AppleStore (10.13.6 - 17G65) and i created the Install-USB using the terminal and my USB-efi folder (for some reasons i was able to mount only my usb efi). I had a problem with boot high sierra in normal mode. It booted...
