I have tried all the steps you have mentioned, but i can't go to Clover screen when i select the pendrive to boot.
I installed Clover with UniBeast and then replaced the EFI folder with the one you gave.

Damn! 4-5 years is a long time.
Don't get me wrong but I think you should switch over to a new PC.
I would suggest getting an X99 chipset as nickwoodhams.com swear its stable and I'm using it.
Oh and do get those Pascal graphics card if you can afford.

Found out the hard way of searching.
:ch: Peripherals > XHCI Mode > Auto <--- Smart Auto gives you problems with USB peripherals
As mine is a 9 Series Chipset, i had to follow this procedure.
Will try to reinstall High Sierra with this additional method and report.

Installed by following this method and boot args : npci=0x3000 -v and the default ones.
Now im unable to boot into windows 10 because by Windows Boot Manager is deleted.
