Boot Failed !! X99 Strix - 5820k - 980ti

I'm getting this error code (image is attached) when i try to boot in any of the two (Pendrive or HDD).
Installing High Sierra ver. 10.13.1

The Unibeast is 8.1
The Multibeast is 10.2
The clover version is v2.4k r4359

My specs are i7 5820k, Asus X99 Strix , Asus 980ti Strix and a 2TB WD Black for OSX (Sandisk 16GB 2.0 for installation).
Boot Args:
npci=0x3000 npci=0x2000 rootless=1 -v

Disabled Inject Nvidia

Kexts i use:

Boot Args:
npci=0x3000 npci=0x2000 rootless=1 -v

npci=0x3000 and npci=0x2000 are contradictory, use one or the other but not both (and only if you are sure that you need to).

With your X99 chipset you may need the solution from nickwoodhams.com.
If you do not have a PS/2 keyboard you should not use VoodooPS2Controller.kext.

You should probably swap AppleIntelE1000e.kext for IntelMausiEthernet.kext.
AtherosE2200Ethernet.kext and RealtekRTL8111.kext are the wrong Ethernet kexts.
You don't have a battery so AppleSmartBatteryManager.kext is not required.
Depending on your Wireless / Bluetooth hardware you may not need AtherosWiFiInjector.kext, BrcmFirmwareData.kext, BrcmPatchRAM2.kext, and Oath3kfrmwr.kext.
NullCPUPowerManagement.kext is not required if you have implemented power management.
VoodooHDA.kext depends on how you are managing sound.
