The tonymacx86 team is testing the Z77 boards as of right now and we cannot be certain as of yet what issues or compatibility we will have with the boards w/the exception of those tonymac recommended that have compatible audio and LAN chipsets. So I cannot recommend purchasing a Z77 as of yet.

Hmmm... You would unplug your Windows HDD, place your MAC Lion HDD on SATA0, install Lion using Unibeast and all updates, check off Instant Menu, set the MAC OSX HDD as first priority and you should be able to choose either OS at boot post.
