    10.13.4 with the last nvidia driver fixed it for me. Am using dual monitors connected via DisplayPort. System has been rock solid.

    I have a dual monitor system and after updating to 10.13.2 the hot corner sleep trick didn't resolve the screen glitch issue. Ended up purchasing a cheap 1 in 2 out HDMI splitter and now when the screen messes up I can just press the button on the splitter and momentarily switch to the empty...

    Replying to my own post. Noticed that Unibeast enabled virtually all of the DSDT Fixes. Once I unchecked all of these everything worked as expected. Not sure why/if this default behavior but wanted to note it in case someone else has this issue.
