Your list is the same as mine. So your hackintosh doesn't really go to S3 standby. It only turns off the monitor and the fans. Power usage stays at 95% compared to idle desktop. On a real mac, or when S3 standby is working on a hackintosh this is the output:
Capabilities for AC Power...
Would you please run this in terminal: sudo pmset -g cap
It will display a list of capabilities. Is standby in that list? It's not there on my system. I suppose this is the reason why it goes to hibernate instead of standby.
That doesn't solve the problem. I think it does a work-around by disabling S3 sleep, so hibernate is used instead. At least that is what it does on my system. After executing that command, going to sleep, and waking up my clicking the mouse my hackintosh has to completely boot from new (25...

If I go to sleep mode the system goes to standby right away. If I turn the PC on again the Fans and LEDs turn on, but I get no signal on the display, and the PC goes off / on every 4-5 seconds...

I did it by copying the aml file to the patched folder in clover EFI, Rebooted, and...

According to the Gigabyte webpage the codec is ALC888B.
Sierra was installed with Multibeast with Clover 2.4.4063 in Legacy mode.
As Audio Drivers I have selected ALC887/888b at this time (but have tested all 887 and 888 combinations in the...
I have the same problem with Sierra. When I set my hackintosh to standby/sleep my bios gets corrupted. Only clearing the CMOS jumper helps to revive the PC. Reboot/Shutdown works fine.
