Hi KGP, I have a quick question, I'm shopping your whole set up as much as I can, but I already have the GPU ASUS ROG GeForce GTX 1080 Ti DirectX. Does this work with the same reliabilty as the original set up?

I'm still here and thanks to both of you, mine is up and running. I changed the graphic card to the Asus ROG GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Strix. Since then, it gets laggy when the pc goes to sleep. I'm happy to see you guys still here :).

Yeah, I guess I can survive with my 4 usb 3 from my inateck card.

I installed an old genericusbxhci that I found in the web and now they seem to work (buggy). I can't see them in the system report either.

Hi Shilohh! It's been a while, Im trying to resurrect my system again. Everything went smooth so far but at this moment the only usb 3 functional are the USB (Inateck Superspeed 4 Ports PCI-E to USB 3). I OC my board at 42 all the cores but for some reason it's not reflecting in my system...

Hi MK500 I wonder if you can post some screenshots of your current Bios OC. I have the v490s and for some reason the geekbench is showing 14404 instead of 22500 like before, not sure if is the config file the problem.

Guide: Asus X79 OS X Controlled SpeedStep Shilohh I'm trying to create my DSDT and every time I compile the patch this came out. I'm using BIOSs 4802 since I still have 3930K. Should I upgrade to 4804 even if I have 3930 ? thanks for your help!

Ok, that sound's great. By the way Im using Bios 4804 and seems very stable I wish we can OC on this version.

I was able to follow shilohh's Guide (SpeedStep) and everything seems to work nice. Since I'm getting familiar with the new bios I loose a little bit in my Geekbench score. Now I'm waiting for the new screens shot to OC again. That's my report :)

Yes I followed you in every step but I will double check my bios again. I have my own DSDT from shilohh's procedure as well but I will double check on that too since is worth it :).

Everything went smooth, the only thing I'm having some issues is the sleep since sometimes works and sometimes not.

Are we going to stick with BIOS 4206? I thought we have to upgrade to 4802+ for Mavericks.
