It's correct port and settings, I used to use the same setup in Sierra and High Sierra. It used to work like a breeze. My motherboard has ALC887.

Okay so, they are working perfectly now. I just simply reinstalled High Sierra and installed every driver except audio and they were working after the restart. Then I installed just the audio driver and restarted my computer. The audio and all other drivers are now working perfectly.

I created a unibeast boot drive again and booted the OS from it then, installed the clover bootloader on the internal drive again. Working fine now...

I searched a bit and found out that the windows had reset the EFI and that the clover is deleted by windows boot manager. I thought of installing clover on a USB just for booting the OS so I can install it again via the hackintosh but couldn't find a way to do so.

I don't see the MacOS option under booting instead the name and model of the SSD. Instead of opening clover it restarts the BIOS.
