I'd give you reason how difficult is it to make a notebook hackintosh to compare to desktop... hibernate, sleep / wake would ruin your battery for a non Apple model. So if you want a proper ultrabook, i'd give a chance to those bargains.
Hi everybody,
I was wondereing about customising its own notebook.
Im ean few yeard ago i was repairing notebook such Toshiba Portege which are ultrabook... and I could open them, change any parts wifi and buetooth included. I don't know much ten years later but is it possible for these...
SSD Sata about 500MB/s write & read, 1TB for 100 euros
SSD NVMe from 2000MB/s to 3500 MB/s write & read, 512GB for 100 euros
But in use not much difference except if you're doing data server or special tasks
M2 is a socket involving no wire
NVMe heats a lot and may throttles... some high end...
Hi,
I don't understand the point.
Apple has since 2018 BT5 devices sold and no one has opened on in order to look at the chipset ?
Aren't the last Broadcom BT5 supported chipset not compliant ?
Isn't it as simple like that ?
Also interesting to this mobo.
I planned 2 SSD into M.2 slot and change wifi module.. but not sure 2x SSD (PCIe NVMe) + WiFi module would all work together.. don't they share PCIe bus ? Although I don't read any problems to have 2 SSD at the same time in the manual.
What about WiFi module ? Is...
Interesting... I'm planning to make a similar one based on
-DB4 case + with ZF240 fanless PSU
-Z370 iTX mobo.. i'd like to know if a mobo with already wifi/BT combo can pe opened to change its card with a hackintosh OOB compliant one.
-CPU low TDP 65W max maybe 35W such 7700T or 8700T
-RX560 or...
Ok thanks.
I started to buy my DB4 case... a good price on amazon.de, there are still some left.
I think about getting a RX560 (75W) more than RX570 (150W).. I'm just wondering as there are not sold in fanless version if I can take off the air cooler and put a passive system instead... whether...
Hi,
I might buy a Asus ROG Z370-I GAMING mini-ITX.
So is it definitely a good mobo to get a proper hackintosh smooth without lag, efficient then ?
Now the hard time would be to find a i7-8700T CPU... looking to get a fanless build :o)
Cool.
What about temperature et noise ?
I am interesting with a 8700T build but fanless or maybe few considering to have a correct graphic card such RX570.
I don't know much like you so I will probably take a Streacom DB4 case for my project.
Thought it has worked but not...
Since I left my rescue disk I had to make a new one.
I boot on it and it seems usb key works fine... was able to reinstall Mavericks
I decided to reboot now on the SSD by Unibeast USB key.... GREAT !!! I saw my board finally back
But when I decided to try to...
Hi,
If I would restart, I wouldn't take the ASUS Q87T and take only 100% OOB compatible
I use it actually but it is far to work perfectly.
My build :
Box AKASA Euler
MB Asus Q87T
CPU i5 4590T @35W (iGPU HD4600 inside)
SSD Samsung 840 Pro 128GB
WiFi Atheros 9280 a/b/g/n Half PCie

Hi,
