I am an idiot, and you my friend are wonderfully well-informed. So I got to the drive, tried to boot from the EFI Boot portion, and got hung up on the black and white apple loading screen indefinitely. Now, I'm creating a new bootable USB drive for El Cap install to the spec of the 'new' 2015...
So I've tried restarting multiple times with my USB drive plugged in, with no results.
Let me confirm that I have the correct items on my USB drive: I have the EFI-Backups folder, the 'Install OS X El Capitan' app, and the MultiBeast - El Capitan Edition folder.
Does that sound right?

I haven't tried Clover yet. I need a working computer yesterday, so I installed Windows 7 to I have something I can work with. Pro Tools and everything installed so nicely… I'll come back to installing OS X when there's better support for the new hardware. I don't know enough or have the time...
