Just do this: 1. For powermanagement install the kext DummyX86PlatformPlugin.kext in S/L/E. 2. Use the other files in your EFI folder. That's all. Runs under Latest Sierra update.

Believe me! As MacBook8,1 this Asus works perfect. For PowerManagement I use a DummyKext. AppleHDA vanilla with AppleALC.kext.

Why are you using as macbook air if as macbook this asus runs perfect?

I use clover boot UEFI mode. Just put the attached folder in EFI/CLOVER/. If there is an OEM folder, replace it.
