Problem solved!
I managed to solve this problem by re-installing OSX from scratch with a fresh USB key with a complete install of 10.9.2, the latest version of Multibeast and my original multibeast settings (see my build log).

Should I just add the line IntelAzulFB=10 to the plist as you say?
Or should I format it like this: <IntelAzulFB=10>?
Or should I do this <IntelAzulFB="10">?
Or should I do something like this?
