    Big Sur was installed using a different (may be custom) set of kexts and after that, I've cleaned up to use standard kexts and using the current EFI to install. Could that be the reason for duplicate RP05.PXSX?

    Thank you UDB.. Should I try installing USBMap.kext, but keep the USBInjectAll? UDB and Ed, I downoaded from the Software update utility on the same machine and installing directly. I'll try to start reinstalling again and see how it goes..

    I just did and it makes no difference - Boots successfully to Big Sur, but fails to continue upgrade to Sonoma.. Do you think this could result in KP during installation? I thought this is more of a PostInstall step.. I'll def get to fixing it, but not right now if it is not a priority..

I changed it now and it makes no difference - it sill boots with dGPU :( When I use -wegnoegpu it gets stuck on Apple Start logo with progress bar. When I remove the power to RX570, it doe KP..     I disabled it still no luck.. Since I 've RX570, I tried to diable it, but no luck there as well: I tried to boot w/ iGPU using -wegnoegpu it goes in to KP, I tried -amd_no_dgpu_accel it doesn't boot.

    Got my Celeron G4900, swapped the CPU and I was able to update the BIOS to the current 1.19v. Swapped the CPU back to i5-9600K and it booted right back. I used EFI from Dmitriyys with OC069 and installed BigSur. Everything went fine. Booted right up with RX570. Updated OC from 069 to 096...
