Problem new hackintosh installation.

yes, did I enter the wrong codes for the processor? Kernel/Emulate
Why do you need to emulate a processor when it already exists? Normally that section ("Kernel/Emulate") is left blank. Sorry, this is over my head. I've never had to emulate a processor... is there something unique about an Intel i9-11900KF that requires emulation?

the guys at macos86 told me we had to emulate it because 11th generation processors are no longer supported by Apple

Shall I try to pass you the primary efi with the first errors I received? this efi had been modified by some guys who then never helped me again...
If it were me, I would use the OpenCore 0.9.9 Release package with its ACPI files and Sample.plist as a template, and then just create my own EFI folder with the latest kext files. For Comet Lake (which is the latest config.plist guide available) I would start with that. But since I've never built a computer with a Rocket Lake CPU, I have no idea what might need to change from Comet Lake. Using someone else's EFI is okay for a reference, but it's better to make your own.

[Edit: It's true that Intel's 10th-generation CPUs are the last Intel CPUs that are present in real Macs. But that hasn't stopped folks from using later-generation Intel CPUs in Hackintoshes. (See this listing.)]

yes, I created the EFI, then I wrote to them and they changed some parameters... if you want I can send you the original EFI and let's try starting from 0...

That's right !
You have to emulate your 11th gen CPU
But also edit a line in Quirks :

ProvideCurrentCpuInfo Boolean True

UPDATE ( your original settings) :

As said above, go to the roots ( Dortania Guide / Comet Lake ).
Use SMBIOS iMacPro1,1.

Wow, that looks important! That value is currently NO in Niconaco's config.plist/Kernel/Quirks.

I guess not being a computer nerd, I don't understand what "emulate" means beyond the dictionary definition. I interpret that to mean making one thing look like something else. Do the data in the Value column/rows of Kernel/Emulate/Cpuid1Data and Mask make an 11th-generation CPU look like a 10th-generation CPU? Or what?

modified but nothing...

Yes, the newer 11th Gen CPU (Rocket Lake) should "behave" as an older/known 10th CPU (Comet Lake)

In generic/ROM i read from Dortania that you have to put a random parameter, should I leave the one I have now?
unfortunately nothing changes...
