Dongle USB Bluetooth no macos Sonoma

Hello everyone!

I would like to ask for your help to make my USB Bluetooth dongle work on Sonoma 14.4. I have two models:

The one I had looked nothing like these, sadly.

Plug one into a USB port and then check "System Report" to see if it is recognised.

You can also check in the USB port section of the IORegistryExplorer app.

I added 3 kexts BlueToolFixup.kext, IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext, and IntelBTPatcher.kext to the Kexts folder and config.plist, and it worked.
