Mac OS Monterey recovery mode not booting

Hello everyone...

I tried install macos monterey and i got crossed out circle, i set smbios name macpro6,1, when i set imac15,1 i got rebooting, catalina installed sucessfully on macpro6,1, i tried update to monterey with installassistant.pkg, i got cycle rebooting, help pls

Hi there.

First thing is to check your Security/SecureBootModel setting. You have MacPro7,1 and yet your general system-definition is MacPro6,1. You might as well set to "Disabled" for now.

Usually the circle with the line through it means that the USB sub-system has become disabled. You often see the last line of verbose boot as "Still waiting for root device". Another way to check this is with a USB keyboard but I guess you might be using PS/2?

No, i don't seen "Still waiting for root device", i using USB keyboard, can you point out the error in the EFI?

No need for the bold text.

I didn't say you had an error in your EFI. I am trying to figure out what is wrong.

For sure you should use a more recent version of OpenCore.

Take a screen grab of the verbose text where the problem occurs so we have more information to go on.

I got rebooting on error, bootargs not helping

I set secure model to default

I have problem with booting to recovery mode of macOS Monterey, logs on photo, if you can, edit efi and send here
