For days now, I've been trying to install macOS Ventura on my Elitebook 840 G6 using OpenCore without any success. I have updated my BIOS, followed Dortania's guide and even used the EFI found on this post, no luck.

My BIOS settings, EFI folder and panic page are attached.

What am I not doing right?

I updated your efi to oc 0.9.8 removed cpu friend and moved lilu.kext to top of list also in your bios change in secure boot legacy enabled to (legacy disabled and secure boot disabled).

I used the new efi you attached after changing secure boot as you suggested and I updated the smbios, yet, still panicked.

Thank you for helping me.

Kernel panic related to NVMeFix.kext.
Try with it disabled or removed.

Thank you for helping me.
That is probably your issue, Hynix drives typically are incompatible with macOS. Do you have a different Nvme drive you can try?

Now I see why this EFI didn't work for me. I don't have another one. I guess I have to buy.

Is that not the purpose of NVMeFix.kext?

Please if you have the list of supported NVMe, kindly drop it here so I can buy one.

Thank you all for your help. I'll report back as soon as I get one.
