[solved] Unable to download 10.13 from Sierra

Not expected in purchases tab.
Delete all copies of the installer (including in the trash, connected external drives, other folders, etc.)
Then download from the App Store.

Thanks, but the only solution was to update the current macOS to 10.12.6 then download macOS High Sierra from the App Store.

I had issues with my laptop so I have used my backup flash drive which has the only 10.12 :/
