Skylake Build-Shutdown works, Restart and Sleep does not

Asus Z170X Gaming/Aura+Intel i7 6700+Internal HD530
Installation of 10.12.2 via Unibeast-Multibeast. System runs great, however an oddity exists that I can't figure out. System is able to shutdown, however when "restart" is executed, system goes to black screen, stays on and does not post any display, bios or otherwise. System also goes to sleep, but does not wake up to any display. 2nd HD w/ Windows 10 is also present, however I've disconnected that drive and issue still exists. Thanks.

turn off your power management option in your BIOS

Thanks unrealwzg.. Only reference to PM in the bios is PCI Express Native PM (Disabled), CPU PM (I disabled that also) and APM Configuration where Ive disabled ErP Ready.. issue of restart has still not been resolved.
