Guys, help!!!!
I made exactly the latest CustoMac Mini (http://www.tonymacx86.com/339-building-customac-buyer-s-guide-march-2013.html#mini) and it's my first hackintosh... I have no idea about a thing here, followed exactly (I guess) the mountain lion installation instructions but when I reboot from the "Mountain Lion" disk the installation stucks on the grey apple logo! I'm completely noob here and I'd really appreciate any help...

Hi,

I have exactly the same problem, the spinner is turning but no end.
I 'm also completely newbie.

My config: GA-Q77-D2H + i73770 + Seagate 1Tb

Maybe you should boot in verbose.

I boot with -x and then I have succeed in terminate the boot and the Apple configuration.
Try to have ethernet first and then multibeast ...

Hi Rick and ty for the reply! I'm using an onboard graphics card... I read somewhere about graphicsenable=no but my bios has no such a setting... Now????

Could you be more specific pleaaaase!!!????? Don't firget I'm nood on this one!!!

I am also having this problem. I am using a Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H motherboard, 16 GB RAM, one 240 GB SSD, one 1 TB hard drive, and a blu ray drive. The BIOS shows the presence of all of the SATA devices. I am using the video output from the motherboard, connected via HDMI cable to a Samsung TV. Hard drive mode is set to AHCI. Other than the time, I did not change any BIOS settings. I have one of the two ethernet ports connected to my home network.

I made the UniBeast USB drive last night.

When it boots, I get to the Apple logo with the small spinning circle, and it stays there. The HDD activity light flashes about every second. Interestingly, a small circle with a line through it (like a forbidden symbol) appears at the top of the apple on the boot screen.

When the UniBeast screen appears, press the space bar. You should see a place to enter boot parameters. Type -v and then press enter. This will boot in verbose mode and allow you to see exactly where the install is hanging.

HTH
